After more than three decades leading marketing inside complex B2B organizations, Evelyn Hicks recognized a pattern. Companies rarely struggled because they lacked marketing ideas—they struggled because they lacked the clarity, leadership, and structure needed to build marketing into a trusted business function.

That realization became the foundation for Signature Marketing Partners.

Throughout her career, Evelyn has been asked to build marketing functions from the ground up, strengthen existing teams, guide organizations through periods of change, and align marketing more closely with business strategy. Her experience spans manufacturing, industrial, environmental, logistics, commercial construction, and other complex B2B industries where marketing must simplify complexity, support sales, and contribute to long-term business success.

Today, Evelyn partners directly with leadership teams as a strategic advisor and fractional marketing leader, working alongside clients to build marketing functions that are practical, sustainable, and designed to grow with the business. Her goal is never to create dependence, but to leave organizations with stronger marketing capability, greater confidence, and the ability to realize new possibilities long after the engagement has ended.
